Recruitment process

At Weibel, we invest in our recruitment process. We not only want to select the most qualified candidates to our vacant positions, we also want to make sure that applicants understand the role, the opportunities and not least Weibel’s values and culture to ensure the best possible match.

No later than application deadline, the hiring manager screens and evaluates all applications.

In the screening process, we focus on the following elements:

  • Experience and competences (professional, technical and personal)
  • Development potential
  • Motivation for applying

Based on this evaluation selected candidates are invited to an interview.
