Weibel collects information about the applicants through our recruitment system – but only the information relevant for each specific position. For additional information on how we handle information regarding recruitment, please contact our HR department at

For new Weibel employees, CV, application, test results (upon consent) etc. will be filed up to 5 years after termination of employment.

Documents related to the recruitment process is managed by our recruitment system. The applicant will be notified of this and will need to provide consent ahead of submission of the application.

Test and profile results are deleted by the end of the recruitment process.
