The purpose of the first structured interview is to:
- Gain insight into the applicant’s professional background and experience, motivation and aspirations for the future
- Share information regarding the role, the team/department, development and career opportunities and the Weibel organization in general
- Create an opportunity for both parties to assess the potential match between Weibel’s and the applicant’s expectations and wishes.
Second interview and personality profile
After the first interview, the hiring manager and HR selects 2-3 candidates to be invited for a second interview.
The purpose of the second interview is to look further into the job specifics and the applicant’s interpersonal and professional qualifications.
